Erica sessiliflora pale fruits

Retained Erica sessiliflora fruits cover a stem section densely. The fleshy fruits appear haphazardly differing in the fine details of their shapes. The rounded, glassy off-white bodies are not in columns as corn on a cob.

The tiny leaf tuft above the fruits will continue growing, as waiting for the fruits to disappear won’t work. These fruits stay for long, even after the seed has gone.
