Freesia occidentalis leaves

The Freesia occidentalis leaves grow roughly in a fan (or two when a corm splits), tapering slightly in their nearly oblong blades, before curving in abruptly and ending in a slight mucro.

The grey-green to blue-green blades in picture turn yellow-green against sunlight. Longitudinal lines are visible on the blades, if not the raised midribs (Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
