There are Indigofera nigromontana buds in picture as well as a flower that has already lost its petals.
The old flower calyx resembles a candlestick into which the developing ovary appears to have already been stuck as its candle. The shallow calyx bowl retains its pointed lobe tips. The stigma and stamens still remain at the tip of the ovary, the pod or candle as a very unlikely looking flame.
The few leaves alternating up the stem in picture have small brown stipule remains at the base of each trifoliolate leaf (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2010; Le Roux, et al, 2005; iNaturalist).
