These Kalanchoe sexangularis plants form part of a colony seen in the natural, uncultivated eastern part of the Pretoria National Botanical Garden. They may be escapes from planted specimens as the plant is not known to grow here in nature.
Green leaved and stemmed under the scrub and small trees, they have limited chance of seeing sun here. No flowering plants were seen among them and it would be interesting to visit them again later to see if they will flower with no sun or so little of it.
