The Albuca longipes flower has hooded, fleshy tepals. The outer three angle out and are white-tipped beyond the dark green to olive-green bands not covering the hoods.
The inner tepals are yellow-tipped, their hoods bigger. These inner three cohere closely, without touching, around the yellow-green style that ends in a bright yellow stigma. The inner tepals bend forward in the middle where their white flanks are notably wider.
The stamens are near white, the fleshy filaments slightly translucent and the anthers pale cream (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Manning and Goldblatt, 1997).
