Aizoon species leaves

The succulent, obovate leaves of this Aizoon-like mesemb fold in from the sides. Densely hairy, the thick blades are grey-green to yellowish, the stems yellower. The margins are entire. At least upper leaves appear to be opposite here, which is rare in Aizoon (Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist).
