The smooth, green Aloe humilis fruit capsules are fleshy and cylindrical, bluntly rounded at both ends. They are erect on long stalks, the dry perianth leftovers taking their time to disappear from the swollen ovaries.

The longitudinal fruit seams divulge the fact of the three segments in which the numerous, flat, papery seeds are stacked until the dry capsules will dehisce, allowing seed dispersal.

The dry capsule covers are pale brown and slightly wrinkled on the outside (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist).
