The thin succulent leaves of this Adromischus marianiae plant are green without markings or longitudinal ridges. The club-shaped or obovoid, near cylindrical leaves taper to conical tips. The pale green or yellowish surfaces are hairless. The old stems are whitish, gnarled and without leaves lower down (Van Jaarsveld, et al, 2006; Le Roux, et al, 2005; iNaturalist).
