The flower colour variety of Cleretum bellidiforme is suggested by these plants photographed north of the Clanwilliam Dam during August.

The flowers grow solitary on long pedicels. Individual plants are quite small when they produce flowers. The bicolour petals are absent from some flowers. Flowering happens in late winter and early spring, the flowering season following winter rain in the area (Manning, 2009; iSpot).
