    Faded Calobota cytisoides corollas turn brown and white from yellow when the growth energy becomes concentrated in the ovaries turning into pods.

    “Multiskilling” allows the plant to perform all flowering and fruiting developmental actions concurrently in different racemes and even in all the consecutive stages of each particular bud, flower and fruit individually. All cells “know” what must be done next in all sequences. So do the cells of the human body and of all other living things (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist).
