Spaced and paired Crassula perforata flower clusters grow branching and decussate up the erect, or at least straight, stem-tip inflorescence that may also branch. The stalks of the opposite clusters are fused in a shared, thickened base with a hint of tiny bracts below the two stalks.
More yellow than cream on this plant and certainly far from white, the short, spreading to angled up petals dabble in red here and there, more seen on their outer surfaces when the buds are still to open.
Flowers age quickly in this species, turning brown when they do. This may account for the reddish inside the petals spotted here (Curtis-Scott, et al, 2020; Smith, et al, 2017; Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist).
