    Crassula perforata stem-tip leaves are crowded with no spaces between the leaf pairs. Stems elongate later, presenting the back-to-back pairs separated at nodes increasingly further apart lower down.

    The chubby leaves start off pale green, faintly mottled in dark dots with a little red-purple along the margins (Van Jaarsveld, et al, 2006; Gledhill, 1981; iNaturalist; www.smgrowers.com).
