The flowers of Crassula alba var. parvisepala are rose red in colour. The specific name of parvisepala indicates small sepals. The structure of the inflorescence is similar to that of C. alba var. alba, flat-topped, branching and spreading widely.

A few sparsely scattered, open flowers with white inside surfaces on their corollas are present among the predominantly red ones. The petal lobes are reflexed, appearing smaller than those of C. alba var. alba (iNaturalist; iSpot).
