    Crassula perfoliata var. minor grows many erect branches covered in grey-green leaves. The succulent, spear-pointed leaves have little of the sickle-shapes usually present, while the irregular channelling low down on the smooth surfaces and the entire margins are there.

    Many-flowered inflorescences, flattish to shallowly domed, are still grey with a hint of the red-coloured petals to appear from the tiny buds. The photo was taken in Australia in a Melbourne garden during December (Frandsen, 2017; iNaturalist).
