The inflorescences of Crassula mesembrianthemopsis, dense cyme-shaped clusters of numerous small flowers, grow almost stalkless from the centres of the leaf rosettes. They may reach 3 cm in height at bloomtime, which is autumn.

Each tubular flower has five petals forming a tiny star of the slightly recurved, acutely pointed petal tips in typical Crassula fashion. The white flowers with pale yellow anthers in the mouth are faintly fragrant at dusk (Frandsen, 2017; Williamson, 2010).
