Othonna hederifolia leaves vary in colour, here between dull greyish blue-purple to red-purple. The leaf midribs are whitish here, as are the fainter, ascending lateral veins, clearly visible only near the midrib.

The leaves also differ in the extent and shape of the toothing and lobing of the margins. The few, shallow and angular teeth of one rosette may be absent from leaves of the next rosette, which may be into leaf base lobing. Such lobes may be asymmetrical and elaborate or completely absent from the next leaf in the same rosette.

Maybe there are three different plants growing rosettes here, or all three emerge from the same subterranean caudex (iNaturalist; http://www.llifle.com).
