The shiny, obovoid Ornithoglossum undulatum fruit capsule is between green and brown with a whitish piece of style at its tip. When ripe, it will dehisce along the central seams of the three locules separated along the conspicuous longitudinal channels.
Some thread-like petal remains are visible, emerging from around the bases of the two fruits in picture (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Shearing and Van Heerden, 2008; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
