    There is sometimes pale blue along the centre of each style branch grown with the stamen filaments of Moraea serpentina flowers, before they twist into erect positions.

    The three inner tepals are also somewhat erect, about as big as the style branches here, but lacking the blue and the forked branch tips of the style.

    The corolla is white, barring some yellow to light brown nectar guides on the three large, outer tepals.

    The floral waviness in picture gives the impression that these flowers are ruled by the wind (Manning, 2009; Le Roux, et al, 2005; iNaturalist; www.pacificbulbsociety.org).
