The two-lipped flowers of Plectranthus oertendahlii grow in erect, single or branched racemes, above the leaves. The flowers are spaced in clusters on fleshy stalks along the stems. Flower colour is white or pale mauve. The calyx has pointed, hairy lobes tinged with purple. Flowers may be up to 13 mm long.
