The palmate leaves of Pelargonium reflexum have segments varying in width and length, shaped oblong to oblanceolate or even obovate, spreading horizontally to curving down. Leaf diameter is about 8 mm.

The hairy leaf surfaces are darker green on top than below, the blades sometimes channelled. The deciduous leaves are usually dry by the summer flowering (iNaturalist; https://www.pacificbulbsociety.org; https://www.pelargonium.si; https://www.worldfloradb.net).
