This Pelargonium scabrum flower flaunts seven stamens bearing oblong anthers. The anthers are two-lobed, orange to pale purple in different stages of ripeness.

Pointed, green buds nod close by, part of the same flower cluster and waiting their turn under cover of narrow, hairy sepals. Upper stem-leaves appear attentive, proud of the team achievement.
