Pelargonium exstipulatum flower

The flowers of Pelargonium exstipulatum grow stalked and solitary or in small umbel-shaped clusters. The calyx tube is about 9 mm long.

The spreading petals are pink in various shades. The upper pair of petals are smaller than the lower three and marked in magenta on their lower halves. The flower is about 1,5 cm in diameter.

Flowering happens from winter to early summer, more during spring (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
