Early Rabiea albinota fruit capsules are pale green, the upper ends of the calyces here still covering the outer parts of the capsule lids. Only the sepal lobes have withered already, dried and disappearing in papery residu from the upper margins of the calyces. Much in the leaves is angular and triangular, while much in the fruits is circular. That is if one ignores the eight to ten triangular valve tops that form the fruit coverings.
The leaf skins appear tough towards reptilian, the fruit skins thinner, faintly mottled on the calyces and glossy on the valve covers. The leaves will remain leaves for longer; the fleshy capsules will become woody as they dry (Smith, et al, 2017; Smith, et al, 1998; iNaturalist; https://pza.sanbi.org; https://www.worldfloraonline.org).
