The extended Rabiea albinota leaf mat of a mature plant provides a dense but small ground cover. The little rain received in this habitat will be better conserved under the leaves and benefiting the plant, although dry seasons can be lingering in these parts. Ground level mats from branching stems can become 20 cm in diameter, and the plants about 8 cm tall.
The solitary dry capsule remaining among the leaves appears quite small here. It has only eight locules (Smith, et al, 2017; Smith, et al, 1998; iNaturalist; https://pza.sanbi.org; https://www.worldfloraonline.org).
