The flowers of Searsia fastigata grow from leaf axils and stem-tips in sparse heads up to 4 cm long. The species is dioecious, male and female flowers growing on different plants. The flowers are small and creamy yellow. Flowering happens during summer until after mid-autumn.
The fruit is a thinly fleshy and flattened to rounded, disc-shaped drupe that becomes shiny brown. It is seen on the bushes until the end of winter (Coates Palgrave, 2002; Pooley, 1993; iNaturalist).
