Tritoniopsis parviflora nearly there

This young Tritoniopsis parviflora flower nearing its blossoming peak shows a delicate fleshy texture of glistening surface cells. The dark markings on the lower (three) tepals that are partly maroon, partly black may sometimes also be brown.

The upper tepal shelters the stamens and style under its still hooded tip. Some tepal tips in picture have a pinkish hue on their inside surfaces, although not all of them.
