Trachyandra revoluta flowers grow well-spaced in a large, sparse panicle, somewhat nodding on their pedicels. The flower diameter is about 1 cm.

The back of the flower is a purplish brown, hairless cone-shape ending in the pedicel.

Flowering happens from before midwinter to after midspring (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Manning, 2009; Le Roux, et al, 2005; iNaturalist).
