Zygophyllum foetidum curved filaments

This Zygophyllum foetidum flower photo is included for the curvature shown in the upper parts of the filaments and the appearance of the anthers.

The filaments appear to be attached at or near the lower ends of the anthers. The two anther lobes are separated deeply. They are buff-coloured and at this stage smooth (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Manning, 2009).
