The Brunsvigia striata fruit capsule is strongly three-angled, its thin ribs widening to the abrupt, truncation at the tip. The capsule becomes pale brown and papery when ripe and is up to 2 cm long.
The seeds of B. striata are ovoid, pale green to greenish brown and up to 7 mm wide (Duncan, et al, 2016; Manning and Goldblatt, 1997; iSpot).
