    The leaves of Drosanthemum giffenii grow in opposite pairs at or near the stem tips. They are short and stubby, triangular in cross-section. The inner or upper leaf surface is flat, the outer deeply keeled, the tip angular. A leaf is about 7 mm long.

    In picture the leaves are pale green to yellowish, bladder cells visible, here appearing downy (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Smith, et al, 1998; iSpot).
