In these tough roadside conditions Dimorphotheca sinuata manages little of the 30 cm to 40 cm height its species achieves when all goes well.
The prostrate stems lift their tips and spread their ray florets for a semblance of respectability, as pollinators could arrive at any time during the sunshine hours.
