Disa alticola

Disa alticola is a slender terrestrial orchid, growing from a tuberous rootstock.

The plant occurs in Mpumalanga and may be more widely distributed in moist grassland at higher altitudes of the old Transvaal. The plant is known in the Steenkampsberge. The species is considered vulnerable in its habitat early in the twenty first century (iSpot; Wikipedia; www.orchids.wikia.com; www.redlist.sanbi.org).
