The flowers of Delosperma calitzdorpense have oblanceolate, white petals with rounded tips that spread around a cream-coloured flower centre. They form about one ring, showing aligned curvature that suggests rotation as well as a hint of gentle waviness.
Whitish staminodes surround the creamy anthers of the stamens in the central conic cluster. There are five nectar glands in the flower base.
Flowers open daily, closing at night. The five sepals are unequal, the outer two in the elliptic shape bigger. Flowering happens in summer and autumn (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Smith, et al, 1998).
