Hereroa glenensis, commonly known in a mixture of Afrikaans and Southern Sotho as klein-s'keng-keng and previously scientifically as Bergeranthus glenensis, is a dwarf leaf succulent, a tufted mesemb becoming from 5 cm to 10 cm tall and up to 30 cm wide.

The buds open by showing their yellow petals ready to spread, the old flowers fold the sepals in over dull red of faded petals. The compact, creeping plant forms a dense mound of leaves on thin stems.

The species distribution is in the Free State, the Northern Cape and Gauteng.

The plants are often found in rocky places in full sun. The habitat population is deemed of least concern early in the twenty first century (Smith, et al, 1998; iNaturalist; https://www.botanikks.com; http://redlist.sanbi.org).
