The flowers of Aspidoglossum biflorum grow in pairs, spaced on hairy pedicels of up to 3 mm on the erect flowering stems. Tiny bracteoles are present behind the flowers. The buds are globose to ovoid, the corolla lobes of old flowers recurve strongly.

    Bloomtime is spring and summer.

The hairy fruit follicles are up to 7 cm long, without the bristles found on fruits of other species of the genus. The dark seeds are numerous (Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist; https://www.worldfloraonline.org).
