Annesorhiza altiscapa flowers are yellow and tiny, from 2 mm to 3 mm in diameter. Understandably, the bracts forming the involucres are minuscule.
The five petals are elliptic, keeled on the inside, their tips bent inwards. There are five stamens, alternating with the petals. The inferior ovary has one ovule in each locule. There are two styles per flower.
