The simple, alternate leaves of Septulina glauca are stalked and elliptic to obovate in shape. The slightly fleshy, grey-green blades are covered in a powdery bloom rendering them even paler. There are also fine hairs present. The leaves have entire margins, their midribs prominent on the lower surfaces.

Leaf dimensions are 15 mm long and 5 mm wide (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Le Roux, et al, 2005; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
