The four stamens of a Saltera sarcocolla flower are borne close together above the flower mouth.

The filaments are erect and linear. The oblong anthers have two sporangia or pollen sacs each. The cavity of the anther lobe is called a theca.

The style becomes taller than the stamens. It is positioned in the centre among the four anthers, tipped with a head-like stigma.

The pale pink perianth lobes in picture are wavy and rounded, ending in abrupt, small tips (Manning, 2007; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; https://www.bing.com).
