The stalkless leaves of Oftia revoluta are mostly opposite and densely clustered near stem-tips. Leaves disappear fairly soon from the lower, older stems that are woody, slender and pale grey.

The leaves are narrow and acutely pointed, their margins rolled under. The pale green blades are covered in long, whitish, glandular hairs. Leaves ascend on the stems, becoming up to 2,5 cm long (Eliovson, 1990; Manning, 2009; iNaturalist).
