The simple leaves of Greyia radlkoferi are alternate and clustered at the stem-tips, the tree deciduous. The stem-clasping petioles are hairy, about 5 cm long.
The leaf-shape is oval to about round, the tip rounded, the base heart-shaped to slightly tapering. The blades are thick-textured, almost fleshy, sparsely hairy and glossy green above when young only, densely creamy haired or velvety below. Old leaves turn yellow or reddish in autumn. The many branching veins are sunken above, prominent below, notably reducing in size to the margins. The margins are shallowly lobed to coarsely toothed.
The leaves are variable in size around 10 cm in diameter, or slightly narrower than long (Coates Palgrave, 2002; Schmidt, et al, 2002; Pooley, 1993; iNaturalist).
