The radially symmetrical flowers of Siphocodon debilis grow at the tips of the much branched and curving stems. A small calyx with narrow sepals clutch the back of the corolla tube that is cylindrical before the mouth where the five petal lobes flare open to acute tips. The corolla tube is about 8 mm long. Flower colour is white or pale blue. Some dark, longitudinal veins are sometimes visible on the corolla, particularly on its outer surface.

This plant was seen in Fernkloof during March (Bean and Johns, 2005; Burman and Bean, 1985).
