This Nymphaea flower ready to open is probably one of the several peach tinted cultivars of an exotic member of the genus.

The dark sepals are making way for the several rows of pale petals to start spreading. Several exotic Nymphaea plants have been introduced in South Africa. They share lake, river and pond space with the two South African indigenous Nymphaea species, resulting in variable levels of invasive impact (iSpot; Wikipedia).
