No matter how small the local scene, there is always a bigger and a smaller, a brighter and a duller, a stronger and a weaker member in every micro-community. Pretty colours may give the first impression of the little village where these individuals live.
Resources are few and every member uses what can be accessed; there is no city council or ombudsman to regulate fair usage. Laws are only about survival and everyone is a judge.
When the resources run out fewer will survive, but unknown new inhabitants may arrive at any time. Right and wrong don’t come into it. Life goes on.
