The Geissorhiza leipoldtii flower has oblong tepals in two whorls of three angling out from the base. The inner and outer tepals are unequal.

The flower is subtended by two unequal, soft bracts, the inner one smaller. The bract in picture has a pointed tip and is nearly white in its upper part (Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
