Grewia villosa at its most villous

Shaggy hairiness to untidy woolliness upon Grewia villosa leaf and fruit stalks is what one should expect. This extends to lesser degree upon fruits, flower sepals and other parts that live up to the plant’s villosa name meaning hairy in Latin.

Long marginal hairs collect around some bigger leaves in spaced clusters upon the serrations.
