The inflorescence of Sansevieria hyacinthoides is a dense, erect, spike-like raceme of about 45 cm, the flowers nearly stalkless.
The flowers are thin, about 3 cm long, grouped in irregular clusters of about six. Flower colour is greenish white to pale mauve. Faintly scented, the flowers open towards evening, lasting for about one night each. Individual flowers open randomly across the raceme.
The flowering season lasts from spring to autumn (Pooley, 1998; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist).
