Searsia angustifolia leaves have long petioles of up to 2 cm, while the petiolules, stalks of the three individual leaflets are short. A faint shine is visible on the pointed leaflets that ascend, receiving sunlight.
Leaflet surfaces tend to bulge slightly next to their midribs, lateral veins and rolled under margins. The hairiness is not visible here, occurring only upon lower surfaces. The terminal leaflet becomes 2,5 cm to 8,5 cm long and 0,5 cm to 2 cm wide.
Pale creamy green fruits are present in dense clusters (Coates Palgrave, 2002; iSpot).
