Radinosiphon leptostachya flower

The Radinosiphon leptostachya flower is laterally symmetrical or zygomorphic, its six narrow, unequal tepals attenuating to conspicuous, thread-like tips. Two unequal, point-tipped bracts envelop the flower base. The narrowly cylindrical perianth tube, up to 3 cm long, widens at the flower throat. The variably pale pink to purple pink tepals are lance-shaped, the dorsal or upper one widest and the lower three striped maroon purple in their lower halves.
