Helichrysum odoratissimum inflorescence

The inflorescence of Helichrysum odoratissimum comprises a dense, flat-topped cluster of compact yellow flowerheads in a corymb structure. The flowerheads have only disc florets, no rays. The involucre is yellow and about as long as the florets (Van Wyk and Gericke, 2007; iNaturalist; www.sntc.org.sz; www.zimbabweflora.co.zw).
