The rich reward during profuse Pelargonium tricolor bloomtime can be breathtaking. Tricolour flowers don’t have to distribute their colours equally on corollas to earn the name.

The untold multicoloured flowers on earth present endless artistic results. Much of a striking canvass can be successfully left white, as the artist’s starting point often is.

At first glance this plant is quite unpelargonium-like. Closer inspection reveals the features of leaf and flower structure, allowing the realisation of their generic affiliation (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Moriarty, 1997; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
